I think you are already aware of the special gun called AR 15. Now may be this is the tutorial you are looking for, if you want to build own AR 15. Before starting to depict the manufacture procedures, let me tell you that you need some parts, which will be assembled to build your own AR 15. The essential parts to build AR 15 are the lower and upper receiver kits, trigger kits, bolt kits, sight kits etc.
It will be better to buy the upper receiver part in total instead of buying the upper receiver kit. The other thing that I want to say is that the procedures that would be mentioned here are not the only procedure to build own AR 15. The procedures are just a formal guideline.
Hope you have all the mentioned kits with you. So I am starting with the assembly procedures to build own AR 15. The first assembly process could be the magazine catch assembly. To do this firstly, install the magazine catch into the recess on left of the receiver. Secondly, install the spring onto the threaded portion of the magazine catch from right side of the receiver.
Then, screw the button onto the threaded portion of the magazine catch for 3 or 4 turns. After doing that you could do the trigger guard assembly. To do that, attach the front of the trigger guard assembly to receiver using detent. After that, lay the receiver and drive roll a pin into the receiver and rear of the trigger guard using the drive pin punch. Make sure that the trigger guard is in the position of supporting top flange. After that you could perform the bolt catch assembly. Use the springs and the springs properly after doing this. The next could be the pivot pin assembly.
This is the hardest section of the lower gun assembly. Firstly, insert the spring and the detent into the receiver. Then compress the detent in the recess using a 3/32" punch and then rotate the tool. Now push out the tool with the pivot pin and rotate that until the detent is in the groove of the pivot pin. After doing this you could follow the following procedures step by step.
The procedures are Trigger Assembly, Hammer, Selector, Pistol Grip Assembly, A2 Stock, and Telescoping Stock. Now you almost completed to build own AR 15. The last thing is to assemble the upper kits and fit it to the lower kits. After that, just set the sights and the butt stocks in to the proper positions. Your own AR 15 is ready for use now!
